The original store at the southeast corner of McCowan and Highway 7 in Markham, Ontario was founded over 19 years ago and has been serving clients throughout the Great Toronto area providing top quality sales, service, rentals of home medical equipment.
Enhancing the customer service experience is our number one priority. Our mission at MEDability is to provide our clients with a choice of creative alternatives that are the right Home Medical Equipment (HME) solution for each individual to maximize their quality of life.
To accommodate customer requests to test drive various products prior to purchase, MEDability boasts a large retail space that allows customers to properly experience HME products that range from walkers to power wheel chairs and scooters.
MEDability also researches and sources all available funding options through service organizations if equipment or home modifications are not funded through the Assistive Devices Program (ADP). We are an approved and registered ADP vendor as well as WSIB provider. We also work closely with our clients some of whom may choose to finance their purchases through flexible monthly payments over an extended period of time with credit approvals conducted in some cases the same day right in the store.
As a member company of the national Ability Members Group, we negotiate with our suppliers to obtain the best prices and reflect these discounts in our price to you. We only offer top brands backed by industry leading warranties.
