We visited this store after it was recommended to us, and it absolutely did not disappoint. We were looking for a mobility scooter for a family member, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Although they didn’t have every model in stock, they made the process easy by providing visuals and side-by-side comparison charts to help us understand our options. They walked us through several models at different price points, making sure we found the right fit for our needs.
Their inventory is quite extensive, and it’s reassuring to know they also offer ongoing service and support if anything comes up later. The pricing was also very competitive, which made the decision even easier.
A special thank you to Mike and Pam, who paid attention to every detail and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

A recent stroke and turn of Dad’s health caused our world to turn upside down. Navigating all his needs for care and equipment have been overwhelming. From my first visit, Pam has been extremely helpful and kind, taking time to understand and recommend what options would be best for his needs. We have purchased the Halsa bed, transport chair and wheelchair from MEDability and I would recommend them to anyone. The service and delivery from Shawn has also been top-notch. This company really considers the customer and makes every effort to help them navigate an often difficult season of life.

Today my aunt received her bed and raised toilet seat, The two delivery persons that came were so friendly polite and professional. And to my happy surprise Shellece added my aunties very large incontinence supply order. Our experience today with the two devilry persons and Shellece has been above and beyond any expectations, your MEDability team are rock stars. Thank you from our family.

I was very pleased with the service received from MEDability in January and February (2022). Our rehab consultant responded quickly and professionally when I left messages, both via phone and email. The process for my mother to have a demo wheelchair before placing an order was thoroughly explained. Any time I had questions, our consultant, the company owner and the accountant all were patient, caring, thorough and professional. The turnaround time for the actual wheelchair to arrive (after all measurements were made during the demo/trial period) was very reasonable. Thank you, MEDability, for adding a new layer of safety for my mother.
